How are you all doing? Things in CA are well. I have been busy with work and last week I found out I am getting transferred to a new position. No no its a good thing actually a great thing. I have to clean up one more logistical position for this BN and then they said they would give me my Warrant Officer slot! Dude it is soooo great. Getting this slot is the main reason I came to CA and it is finally going to happen. YES!!! The good thing is that I only have to move up to Santa Rosa, I will continue living here in Petaluma and driving to Santa Rosa.
So last week before drill I got my first CA Blacktail Deer. I have attached a picture of him. I think it is pretty cool they sure are not as big as our Whitetail Deer in MN man. He was about 120lbs only. Our dog is really bigger then he was. Well I hope you are all well. We are closely approaching the holidays once again. I cant wait. I don't plan on coming home for any of them but, I will be coming home to the farm area from 8-11NOV07 just for a weekend. Mainly to check on my grandma and help with fall clean up on the farm.
